Most puppy scam artists are located in Africa or other countries! * BEWARE If it sounds to good to be true it probably is. Many scams have cute puppy photos (often stolen pics)for a low price including shipping! * NEVER send money to someone you can't talk to & communicate well with over the phone. Most scammers work over email because they speak little or no English. * Only send money by BANK WIRE, SQUARE & CHECK. Square is secure!
